Applications for the Office of Family Assistance Fatherhood Family-focused, Interconnected, Resilient, and Essential Grants (Fatherhood FIRE) are due July 1, 2020. Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal to implement one specific program model designed to serve one specific group of fathers. The FRPN has also published numerous new and original measures of fathers' involvement with children and coparenting for low-income, nonresident fathers. The measures are available at no cost and are being used in several studies. Several of the measures are also available in Spanish. These brief, easy-to-administer measures have been validated with low-income, nonresidential fathers attending fatherhood programs.
